at a fraction of UK prices, and take in a few spa treatments in preparation

here in Gualdo when the annual Cheese Festival is held. Cheese, salami
and wine producers descend upon this tiny village from all over Italy  and
visitors have the chance to follow seminars on cheese production and
the Slow Food Movement (as opposed to the “fast food”of our
times)., and of course, to try before you buy. A well organized programme
of events is put on for children and the school is turned into a rustic
restaurant.
