Casa Allegra - Gualdo

A beautifully presented, spacious holiday villa duplex, Casa Allegra is located in the heart of Le Marche, Italy, heralded as the new Tuscany for its unspoilt beauty without the thronging crowds. The house is situated along a quiet country lane 1km from the handsome hilltop village of Gualdo with its imposing water tower ,ancient churches and winding streets where a sense of time gone by still prevails.

Our house offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside, the historic town of San Ginesio opposite and the majestic Sibillini mountains. On a clear day, it is possible to see Mt. Conero on the coast 70km away. The house is set in extensive grounds including a large garden, with swimming pool, tennis court, farmland and private woods, where deer and wild boar are known to roam. We even have our own chapel, dedicated to the Madonna.
