Casa Allegra, a villa apartment, sleeps up to 5 people. The flat is well equipped with all modern facilities, giving you access to the conveniences of your own home, whilst enjoying the tranquility of this beautiful country setting. The apartment is arranged as follows:

Open plan kitchen/sitting area including:
Gas hob, oven,dishwasher,washing machine, fridge freezer.
Seating for up to six people, double sofa bed.
1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with shower cubicle.

As well as a large TV with satellite TV and CD player, there is a well stocked reading library, CDs, board games and a housebook with information on Le Marche. 

Outside guests have their own private seating area in the garden.There’s nothing better than relaxing with a glass of wine, listening to the crickets of an evening and watching the clours of the sky change as the sun sets over the mountains. 

Beyond the garden, the inviting 12m x 5.5m swimming pool is set in a verdant landscape, among pretty flowering plants. Comfortable pool furniture is provided and also some inflatable toys. For children, there is some playground equipment and plenty of open spaces to explore. There is also a large enclosed grass area for playing tennis or football near to the vines. The BBQ near the pool has wood/charcoal provided. We have an organic vegetable and herb garden and fruit trees in the small orchard. All guests are welcome to pick the produce during their stay. Our house offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside, the historic town of San Ginesio opposite and the majestic Sibillini mountains. On a clear day, it is possible to see Mt. Conero on the coast 70km away. We even have our own chapel, dedicated to the Madonna and there is ample parking for four cars.
